Who we are

Clean Lift Solutions LLC is a cleaning company in Provo, Utah, operating across Utah County under Utah license LCHOM202600752. When this policy says "we", it means that company. You can reach us at (385) 480-4494 or cleanliftsolutions@gmail.com.

This policy covers this website and the documents we send you from it — your quote, your checklist, your photo report and your invoice.

What we collect, and when

We only collect what a cleaning job needs. There is no account to create and no tracking pixel on this site.

• When you ask for a price: your name and phone number, and — if you give them — your email, service address, city, the service you want, the size of the place, how often you want it, a preferred date, and any notes you add.
• Photos you choose to upload with a quote request, so we can price the job without a visit.
• How you found us: the UTM tags on the link you arrived through, the site that referred you, and the page you landed on. This is kept for the length of your visit in your browser and saved with your request.
• If you use the chat: the messages you send, plus your name and phone number if you ask us to call you back.
• If you become a customer: your service address, the checklist agreed for your job, photographs of the rooms we clean, the job record, and your invoices.

Photographs of your home

Photographing each room against your checklist is how we prove the work, and it is the basis of our guarantee. Those photographs are stored so that you can open your report from a text message without an account, which means anyone holding the link can open it. The links are long and random, nothing indexes them, and we do not publish them.

We never put a photograph of your home on this website, on social media, or anywhere else without asking you first, in words, for that specific photograph.

Marketing email

We only add you to our mailing list if you tick the box asking us to. Asking for a price is not consent to marketing. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, and asking us to stop by text or email works just as well.

Who else can see it

Our website and database run on Supabase, which stores this data on our behalf. Our site is served by Netlify. Their processing is governed by their service and data-protection terms. When configured, Resend processes transactional email notifications.

We do not sell your information and we do not share it with data brokers. The one thing we do share for advertising is described under Cookies and advertising below, and it is limited to the fact that a page on this site was opened — never what you typed into a form.

We will hand over information if the law requires it, and we may share the specific record needed to settle a dispute — for example, sending your photo report to your landlord at your request.

Cookies and advertising

This site uses the Meta pixel. On every page it loads a small script from Meta — the company behind Facebook and Instagram — which records that the page was opened and sets cookies in your browser, including one called _fbp. If you are signed in to Facebook or Instagram on the same browser, Meta can match that visit to your account.

We use it for two things and nothing else: to see which of our ads actually bring people here, and to show our ads again to people who have already visited. We do not send Meta your name, phone number, email address or anything else you type into a form.

You can limit it in your Meta ad settings, or by blocking third-party cookies in your browser. Everything on this site works the same either way — the prices, the quote form and the chat do not depend on it.

We store two small values in your browser's session storage — how you arrived, and a promo code if you used one — and they are gone when you close the tab.

We count visits, calculator continuations, saved requests and clicks to call or text on our public service pages. These first-party daily counters contain no names, contact details, persistent visitor IDs or advertising cookies. We honor the browser Do Not Track setting.

How long we keep it

We retain records needed to quote, deliver services, resolve disputes and meet applicable accounting obligations. Contact us to request deletion; records subject to a legal retention requirement may need to be kept longer.

Your choices

Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — text or email (385) 480-4494 / cleanliftsolutions@gmail.com and we will do it within thirty days. Deleting a record we are required to keep for tax purposes is the one thing we cannot do until that period has passed.

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their information.
