Are your prices really flat?

Standard cleaning visits are quoted at a flat price. Leaf and storm cleanup may be quoted hourly; we agree the rate and scope first. If the job is bigger than the photos showed, we re-quote before doing any work — we never surprise you on the invoice.

What if something isn't clean?

Text a photo within 24 hours and we come back and re-clean it free. If it's still not right, you don't pay for that visit.

Do I need to be home?

No. Most customers use a lockbox, keypad or garage code. We record your access method securely and send a photo report before we leave.

Yes — bonded and insured, Utah business license LCHOM202600752. We can send the certificate to a landlord or property manager on request.

Do you bring your own supplies?

Everything: products, cloths, vacuums, ladders and equipment. If you'd rather we use your own products because of allergies or a delicate surface, just say so.

Do you require a contract?

Never. Recurring customers can pause, move or stop any visit with a text. No cancellation fee, no minimum term.

You get an invoice after the visit, payable by card, Venmo or Zelle. Nothing is charged before the work is done and you've seen the photo report.

Do you charge sales tax?

Cleaning a home, windows, yard or property is not taxed in Utah. Cleaning items like furniture or area rugs is taxed at the Provo rate, and it will be shown as its own line on your quote.
